戦間期の「株主の法人化」現象という点において、本稿は、「株主の法人化」の想定し得る経路について論点整理を試みている。もう一つは、戦間期に頻繁に発生した大規模な減資をふまえ、減資及びその後の増資に伴う所有構造の変化が「株主の法人化」に与えた影響についても検討している。 目次は、はじめに、「株主の法人化」の概要、「株主の法人化」の経路:論点整理、「株主の法人化」の経路:分析、結びにかえて、となっている。
