福岛核事故的主要教训引发关注日本核电安全,美日政府共同制造核电“绝对安全”神话,促使日本核电事业迅速起步,大量引进存在本质缺陥的美式轻水堆,给日本核电安全埋下隐患,核燃料循环技术自主开发乏善可陈,暴露日本科技“应用强,基础弱”,日本发展核电技术具有“双重动机”,导致对“敏感”技术投入过多,结语:日本核电的发展趋向。
