はじめに、Aperitif、データと変数、土地保有額の対総資産比率:水準およびその変化の分布、「土地投資」から「設備投資」への検討の焦点の移行:「本論である後半へのまえおき、「土地以外の有形固定資産」の対総資産比率、llandでクラス分けしたdlandの分布とlfixedAでクラス分けしたdfixedAの分布、「過剰設備」と「失われた20年」、失敗に終わった設備投資の影響と資産価格変動の影響、結語。
