はじめに、調査方法、調査結果、考察、 まとめ。 沖縄島南部出身の知念盛俊氏に動植物の方言およびその利用について聞き書きをおこなったものをテキスト化。聞き取りの内容を動物と植物に分け、それぞれの種類ごとに衣食住にどう利用されているかを整理した。
